Getting Started
Sign up at My Account
Open the app or website and click “don’t have an account” on the homepage underneath the login form.
Enter the requested information and either click the “next” button or swipe through the pages. When you are done, click “sign up.” You will then be redirected back to the login page where you will enter your Email and Password. Upon logging in, you will need to enter the confirmation code that was texted to the phone number you used to sign up.
Once your account is verified, you will have complete access to Laundrō!
To place an order, simply start by visiting our Booking Page. From there, you can:
Select the date and time that works best for your pickup.
Choose the service or plan that fits your needs.
Add any special notes for our team if required.
Proceed to the review page to double-check your order details.
Once everything looks good, click “Place Order” to confirm.
We charge by the pound, so understanding the weight of your laundry helps you estimate your total cost before placing an order. Here’s a quick guide to help:
Small laundry bag (13-gallon trash bag): ~10–15 lbs
Medium duffel bag: ~15–25 lbs
Large laundry bag: ~25–40 lbs
Tip: A full standard-sized laundry basket usually weighs about 20–25 lbs.
A week’s laundry for one adult = 15–20 lbs
A family of four’s weekly laundry = 50–70 lbs
Full bed linen set (sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover) = 5–8 lbs

Once you’ve placed an order, you can view its progress anytime by visiting your My Account page. A progress indicator will show you the current stage of your order (e.g., pickup pending, processing, washed, ready for delivery, or completed).
This is also where you can see your scheduled drop-off time.
You can easily update your details, such as your email, billing address, and delivery address, by visiting your My Account page on our website. Simply log in, navigate to the relevant section, and edit your information.
If you signed up with an incorrect email, please reach out to our customer support team and we’ll help correct it for you.
Forgot your password? Click on “Lost your password?” on the login page to reset it.
For payment methods, go to the Payment Methods tab under My Account. A valid payment method is required to keep your subscription active. We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and most pre-paid cards.

My Order
If you have checked in between each item and are unable to find an item you placed in your order, reach out to our customer support team at (123) 456-7890. They will contact the processing team to help you locate your missing item.
You can submit any sort of item that can be put through a washing machine. Comforters will cost an additional $10 each. We accept items such as bedding and towels to doggy beds and baby bibs! Make sure to include any special instructions for processing and include hangers, if you prefer to hang your items. Laundr is happy to take the chore off your hands and give you back your time!
Your order includes washing and folding. The detergent is provided by Laundr, but if you have a preferred brand you can call, Facebook Message, or Instagram DM our customer support team to request a brand! Your payment also includes the pick-up and drop-off at no extra charge!
Our drivers are instructed not to accept tips. If you’d like to support them, you can leave a review directly on your booking page or share your feedback with us through a quick DM on our social media. Your words go a long way in letting our team know they did a great job!
Turnaround time is typically next-day. For example, an order placed 8 AM – 1 PM will be delivered at the selected time between 8AM and 1 PM the following day.
Dry cleaning may take longer if next-day falls on a weekend or if there are lots of heavy garments.
Being home for the delivery isn’t completely necessary! The driver will notify you once they are on their way to deliver, at that moment you can leave any instructions. You can have someone at the residence accept the order for you, but we cannot leave packages at your doorstep. If nobody answers, you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a different time.
If you are not home and have not authorized unattended pickup, there will be a $5 fee charged to your payment method. Our drivers are paid for every attempt to pick-up or drop-off. You are able to cancel or reschedule up an hour before your allotted time free of charge! To reschedule, reach out to our support team at (123) 456-7890.
While we would love to make sure every item is cared for properly, we do not sort through each item individually and adhere to care instructions. Clothing is cold washed and low temperature dried to provide a gentle wash and dry cycle! In the order process, you will be able to indicate any special instructions for specific items in your order and we will make sure it gets taken care of. Airdrying, delicates, dryer settings, or folding methods are just a few examples!
Subscriptions
Subscriptions help you save the most money when placing orders! The plans will drop the price from $1.99/lb to about $1.50/lb! Each tier has an allotted amount of weight and is billed monthly. When your subscription renews, your remaining lbs are reset to the maximum alotted by your chosen subscription plan.
Simply visit the Subscriptions tab on your My Account page.
Although we believe you’ll love the service, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If it renews and none of the allotted pounds have been used, you’ll receive a full refund within the first 10 days. Otherwise, you can cancel and continue using your allotted lbs until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you’re a subscriber, placing an order is simple:
Go to your My Account page and click on the Memberships tab.
Inside your membership area, you’ll see your active subscription details along with access to your exclusive Booking Service.

Select your preferred date and time, then proceed through the checkout process to confirm your order.
This dedicated area is designed just for members, so you’ll always have quick and easy access to your booking options.
As a member, you don’t need to use the standard booking page that regular customers use. Instead:
Log in to your My Account.
Go to the Memberships tab.
Inside your membership area, you’ll see access to your exclusive Booking Service — this is where you can schedule your orders using your included benefits.

If you’re already a member but you’re seeing the subscriptions page or a “page doesn’t exist” message when trying to book, it usually means you’re not logged into your account. Please log in first, then go back to the booking page. Once logged in, you’ll be able to use your membership credits to schedule your laundry service.

If you’ve used up all of your included pounds and free deliveries for the month, you can still book laundry service at our standard rates through the regular booking page. Simply visit Regular Booking Page to place your order anytime.
